Concierge
The arrangements that a permit and a company do not cover. Introduced, set up, and quietly handed over, so that the move in practice is not your project.
Schools
Introductions to the international and private schools that fit the family, visits arranged, the admissions process managed, and the timing aligned with the permit so that places are secured before arrival.
A home
Rental or purchase, in the areas that suit the family's life: near the schools, near the office, or on the coast. We shortlist, arrange viewings, review leases, and, for purchases, act for the buyer through the scheme process.
Medical cover
Private health insurance that works in Mauritius and abroad, with the local clinics and specialists introduced. Medical examinations for the permit are arranged with the approved practitioners.
Banking and money
Personal accounts opened, cards issued, the transfer of funds from abroad planned so that the permit conditions are met on time, and a local accountant introduced for the personal tax return.
Vehicles and utilities
A car sourced, purchased or leased, registered and insured. Electricity, water, internet and mobile accounts opened in the family's name before the first night in the house.
Household
Domestic staff introduced and engaged properly, with contracts and social security registration in order. A gardener, a pool company, a handyman: the people who make a house run.
Available on request
Concierge is not included by default. It is arranged when a family asks for it, and what we take on is agreed with you and set out in the written proposal alongside the permit and establishment work.
Ask early. Schools admit on their own cycles, and a lease, a bank account or medical cover is easier to arrange before arrival than after it, so the sooner we know what you need, the more of it can be in place on the day you land.
We introduce and coordinate. The schools, the insurers, the landlords, the accountant and the household staff contract with the family directly, and we step back once each arrangement is working.
Begin with a conversation
The first consultation is by appointment and lasts an hour. You leave with a clear view of which route fits, what it will cost, and how long it will take.
